A LA FOLIE   reserves the right to modify and/or update, without notice, these conditions of use as well as the elements which appear on the Site. All of these modifications are binding on the Internet user each time they access the Site.

 THE CLIENT

The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal data in the “my account” section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data that he provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, A LA FOLIE  cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. A LA FOLIE  reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the billing address and/or delivery

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. A LA FOLIE  takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Customer's information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, in the event of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the conformity guarantee of A LA FOLIE_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_qui will, if necessary, either exchange or refund the price (in whole or in part) possibly invoiced.

THE COMMAND

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Price determination

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included for metropolitan France and the European Union, excluding participation in shipping costs. The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the basket.

For the overseas departments, Switzerland and all other countries outside the European Union, the sale prices displayed are deemed to be tax-free and therefore cannot be subject to a VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that he is considered the official importer and that he may, depending on the country or overseas department of delivery chosen at the time of the order, have to pay customs duties and/or import according to the legislation in force in the said country or overseas department.

A LA FOLIE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the order, subject to availability.

2. Payment method

The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order.

Payment for purchases is made either by:

The Client accesses a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this respect, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his credit card number to A LA FOLIE  constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the products ordered.

3. The data recorded and stored par A LA FOLIE constitute proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the customer or of any other natural person of his choice.

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.

A LA FOLIE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.

In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and A LA FOLIE, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within seven (7) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning new products at his expense. A LA FOLIE will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in the following article VII.

REPAYMENT

Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by A LA FOLIE within a maximum of 30 days after receipt by it of said products. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of a voucher.

APPLICABLE RIGHT

Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of difficulty or of complaint on the occasion of an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
